Hemp Bleached is a monochromatic area rug composed of texture rich materials. This rug was handcrafted in wool and hemp using our Tibetan Shakti weave. The hemp gives this rug a rougher texture to it compared to that of wool and silk fibers, it also provides intrigue and subtle elegance to the beige tones. The weave construction in this rug is similar to Chenille weave with cut and loop weave.

Cleaning and Care

Vacuum regularly. Loose threads should be trimmed with a scissor (do not pull!). Rug protectors are recommended. If your new rug is exposed to the sun, it is a good idea to rotate regularly to prevent uneven wear. Blot spills with a clean towel (white is best). Cleaning the entire rug should be handled by a professional rug cleaning service.
