This rug is Made in Nepal using our Tufenkian Lama Weave using blended Himalayan wool and Hemp pile with height under one half inch. Lines of linen carve a textured path through thick pile wool in a series of hidden passageways, creating a contemporary design that will transcend time. Warm beige tones speckled with black, this unique effect that can best be described as a cracked organic look. A transitional design harboring the beauty of nature. Our extremely handmade rugs may be of a slightly different size (up to 3 inches). This is due to the beautiful hand-knotted and hand-tufted nature of our rugs.
Vacuum regularly. Loose threads should be trimmed with a scissor (do not pull!). Rug protectors are recommended. If your new rug is exposed to the sun, it is a good idea to rotate regularly to prevent uneven wear. Blot spills with a clean towel (white is best). Cleaning the entire rug should be handled by a professional rug cleaning service.
